What is the Council?

MJLSI is a platform that provides the following services: managing meetings between corporate teams that choose to register on our platform with the possibility of integrating with video conferencing platforms and signing documents produced in meetings by participants themselves.

Subscribe and cancel plans

Signature: We at MJLSI offer subscription to service plans as follows: free and expensive, as specified in the chapter below. < br > Subscription mode: The subscription to the paid plan (s) requires payment after monthly use of the plan. This way, you will pay for today's arrival for the last current month. If the day on which the payment will be collected on the working day preceding what will eventually happen if that date exists in the month in question (e.g.: 28 or 30). There will be an automatic renewal of the plan, unless you expressly oppose the cancellation request, before the invoice date. < br > Opt-out: The plan can be cancelled at any time by the user and will be understood as explicit proof that he does not intend to renew the license in the next period that has not yet been calculated for invoicing purposes. How are MJLSI payments made?

Payment Method: Payments made in MJLSI must be made within the app by credit card.
Final price: The price you pay is final and non-refundable, unless MJLSI specifies otherwise. MJLSI reserves the right to specify, renew and/or review the price of all services or goods obtained through the use of the App at any time. We never change the value of your subscription without first notifying you.
Tax collection: If any tax is levied, the user will be responsible for collecting it. In case of final payment by application, it is stated that it will be passed to the user at the price.
. Confirmation: Payment will be confirmed through the application within two (two) working days. Payment information processing and payment confirmation will be performed by third-party systems (such as a financial institution or credit card administrator), where the application is merely an interface between the customer and these systems.
Minimum term: Some MJLSI products or promotions may require a minimum subscription period. It is important for the user to realize that if they decide not to use these products for longer before the minimum subscription period, additional fees may be charged.
Discount code: If MJLSI creates any promo code (e.g., discount voucher), it must be legally used for the purpose and for the intended specific user or audience, following all our terms. The promo code can be revoked if it is found to have been transferred, sold or used by mistake, fraud, illegality or violation of the terms of the code in question.

What are the rights of MJLSI in the app?

Our rights: All rights relating to MJLSI and its functions are the exclusive property of an IT computing company, including for texts, images, layouts, software, codes, databases, drawings, articles, photos and other content produced directly or indirectly by MJLSI ("MJLSI Content").
MJLSI content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
It is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, send, distribute, execute, upload, display, license, sell or exploit MJLSI content for any purpose, without obtaining the express prior consent of MJLSI.
Any unauthorized use of MJLSI content will be considered a violation of MJLSI's copyright and intellectual property.

Intellectual property on available programs and materials

Therefore, we reaffirm that MJLSI ensures that all rights, property and interests (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property) remain on the service we provide under the ownership of MJLSI.
Non-acquisition of Rights: The User will not acquire any title over the Services and Contents of MJLSI, except as expressly granted in these Terms of Use.
Upload Content: The user is forbidden to download our content in order to store it in a database to display it to a third party not using. It is also prohibited to use the content we provide to create a database or service that can compete in any way with our business.
