To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address.   1. Information you provide us by registering for an account


In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the MJLSI, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data deletion

All collected data will be deleted from our servers when you request it, by free and easy procedure, or when they are no longer needed or relevant to offer you our services, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, as an eventual obligation legal requirement for data retention or the need for data prevention to safeguard MJLSI rights.

In cases where you request the deletion of your data, we will keep your data for 96 (ninety-six) months (equivalent to 8 years) counted from your request for deletion.


MJLSI reserves the right to monitor the entire platform, mainly to ensure that the rules described in our Terms of Use are being observed, or that there is no violation or abuse of applicable laws.
